Every Newfane technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Newfane crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
This is one sign we tell Newfane customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
Whatever's going on with your Newfane property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
